Especially for the money, I like these Electra retro runners the best. They may not be rated for it, but I have ridden them hard at up 40 mph. Never had a blowout or any problem with them whatsoever. I have used both the cream and the black. Both seem to wear well and have consistent quality. The cream dirty easily if the tire comes into contact with the chain, but kept clean they sure look good on a vintage ride. Each tire is shipped in it's own box and is not folded over, so installing them onto the rims and getting them to seat well is easy enough. The free shipping makes this a no brainer.Silverbear |
