 Can you belive this, This review is from: Electra Ergo-Grips (White, 1 Long/1 Small Grip) (Sports) The one short one long grip does indeed fit the Electra townie 7spd bicycle and their models that have internal gearing. Nothing wrong with that. Now if you have there 21d townie, your out of luck. Electra customer support told us they only sell this set of grips in the one long one short packaging. The result, buy two sets and get the short grips that will work. Now you have two long grips and two short grips. Hmmmmm, Here's an idea, carefully open two sets of the Electra Ergo-Grip, repackage as a full set of short and long grips. Send the short grips two us, put the long grips back in inventory. You now have two happy customer that are impressed with your customer support and brag to their friends. On the other hand leave it so we have to buy two sets just to be able to use them on our Townie 21D. Oh, buy the way the townie 21D is the highest price unit in the townie line.I thought it was logical, Customer service refused to even consider the option's. Happy customer... Read more |
